Welcome to Coronium.io ("Coronium", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coronium's website, products, and services, including our proxy services and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation (collectively, the "Services").

2. Services Description

Coronium provides proxy services that can be integrated with AI tools through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation. Our Services enable users to manage proxies, purchase modems, and handle subscriptions through natural language commands via AI models like Claude.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your use of our Services.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

We may change our fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email, at our discretion. Your continued use of our Services after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

Our Services and all content and materials included on or within our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Coronium or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for their intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Any content obtained from our Services

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coronium and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your access to and use of our Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of our Services caused damage to a third party

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
